Do you think these shows were ever good ? I am trying to think if they were good or if I was just younger and had lower standards. But I remember those Arrow being good until he was thrown off a cliff by Ras. And then it just seemed like shit.

We have that blond girl being annoying. Ms. Terrific literally being wimp. And since he is homosexual in this show. The implications were horrible.

I remember Flash being good for a while. When his daughter game into the picture I tapped out.

The Time lords show was dropping after S1 for me, and just tuned in but didn't watch. And I stop watching all together when the became puppets .

Arrow was very good for the first two seasons, then it gradually became worse, then it got gradually better again (imo) from mid-season 6 on (when the B-team kind of took off and Oliver was pretty much on his own again).
Season 8 is basically just the ramp up for Crisis On Infinite Earths.

By Time Lords I guess you mean Legends Of Tomorrow? That's actually one of the few series I think gets progressively better with each season.
It's not as dramatic as the other ones and more campy fun adventuring. In terms of atmosphere it kinda feels like a modern-day version of those Hercules/Xena series.
However it does feel pretty milked out by now. It's time they ended the series.

Never really watched Flash/Supergirl/Black Lightning. Guess I just prefer the vigilantes that don't have superpowers (or don't depend on their powers very often).

Black Lightning fell off a bit on the last season, but it probably had the most consistently good run.

LoT is dumb fun from S2 onwards, which puts it ahead of most of the rest.

Flash had a good first season and then gets slightly worse progressively. I stopped watching by the end of season 3. Other than that I agree entirely with what everyone else said about Arrow and LoT.

Supergirl was always trash, but Ive heard good things about Superman and Lois. I just havent started watching it yet.

Legends of tomorrow is an amazing show. It's had its ups and downs, but I think has more consistently been great than not.

Once the show dropped the "dramatic superhero action show" in favor of "sitcom with superpowers", the show got much better. The cast has great chemistry and the gimmick episodes are really fun. They give me a "Community" vibe. What other show finishes a season finale by fighting historical wax villains using shake weights while the "Thong Song" is playing in the background?

Also, Superman and Lois had a fantastic first season. I'm hoping the quality continues onto Season 2.

I can't remember what it was now. But I remember Hawk girl did something so horrible, I stopped watching regularly. I can't remember what it was... but I remember it was bad. Then I start popping in and out. Then the puppets I was out.

Well Hawkgirl left and didn't come back so there's that.

If you hated the puppets episode, then this show isn't for you. It went pretty zany after that with the gimmicks and comedy. Many consider that to be its strength compared to the rest of the arrowverse, but I guess it isn't for everyone.

Did you at least get to watch the time loop episode with Zari? That is arguably considered the best LoT episode by fans.

Arrow was legit good for the first 2 seasons. He straight up killed people which is surprising for that type of show.

Also, I want to give a shout-out to/for Manu Bennett, whose performance as Slade Wilson was nothing short of amazing.

As many said, the first 2 seasons of Arrow were good. A bit more grounded before the rest of the "verse" took off. And the island flashbacks were actually compelling. But the galangal segments got really silly once he was no longer on the island and the present day storyline became more about felicity than Oliver.

Also, the dudes sister's a total babe. Like the semi-incestuous relationship they have is hot when both parties are too.

Season 1 of The Flash is one of the best superhero seasons ever. I consider it the peak of Silver Age adaptations like how Netflix's Daredevil is the peak of Bronze Age adaptations. That golden period where season 2 Arrow and season 1 Flash aired back-to-back was probably the best the CWverse as an actual universe ever was.

Arrow seasons 1 and 2 were great, and The Flash season 1 was the best out of all the Arrowverse shows. Legends of Tomorrow season 1 was decent also, and Black Lightning season 1 was very good as well.

IMO the highlight for me were the crossovers.
