it's only week 2 and I'm shocked to find myself back at this table, like the last 2 days were a total blur and went past in a flash

My plans are pretty simple
Morning, wake up, brush teeth, get dressed, leave for work
Evening, get home from work, pick up any poop the dog may have left, eat, shower, make tomorrow's lunch, make sure to go to bed by 8pm
Tomorrow, wake up at 3am, repeat morning routine

In those brief moments of free time I post here.

There is no avoiding the cycle unless you are willing to lose sleep to go do something. Even then you're immediately back into the cycle, but more tired.

Have 3 days off, an 8 hr or less career, and prioritize what you want to get done when not at the job.

You can sacrifice in other parts of your life so you don't need to work a 50 hour 70k/year job

Live in a tiny place in a small town. Work with your hands. Get rid of stuff that costs you money. Cook all your food. Sell you car even. A traditional life will trap you in a traditional job

If your current work schedule doesn't give you any free time to do more than what you stated, you may want to work on a plan to get a job with better work/life balance. Work at your current place as long as you need to in order to build savings and experience, but have a plan to move to a job that gives you more leisure time (ideally a job with 8 or less hours a day and weekends off).

Once you have that type of job, it's all about having hobbies. Plan out hobbies that result in tangible results. What I mean by that is don't just settle for watching TV or playing video games. Find a hobby that will have you complete a project of some sort. Write a novel, train for a 5k, learn an instrument, practice a new language, volunteer somewhere, etc. I find that those kinds of hobbies add meaning to your life and helps break up the monotony of work/sleep/work/sleep.

Ten hours a day doesn't give you enough time or energy to do anything else. I would look into reducing hours or finding another job.

Yeah, it doesn't everything hurts, I nearly passed out, high school bullshit infests this place petty tribalism bullshit from people ages 30 to 50s and they will work you like a slave and now I have 57 minutes to myself before I have to go to sleep to do it all again tomorrow, I wanna quit, I wanna quit so bad, but I can't, I swore to myself I'd try to last at least a month, so instead of letting them ride me, I'm gonna do my best again but not to the point I'm actively deteriorating if they call me lazy, so be it, if they shit on me so be it if they fire me so be it, it's only the first day of my second week there and those low reviews all came true, which really disappoints me because I really did want to like this job, I was excited for it, met some good people there, tho and a whole lotta assholes

You really can't avoid it. Routine gives your life meaning and structure if anything. Like what are you gonna do at home? Can't play videogames all day. You gotta be productive and gotta pay the bills.

I think you should look at it differently. If you don't want to work for an employer, you could be your own boss and start up your own business, but you do need money for it. Other than that, everyone wants to work in a good job and enjoy working.

It's best imo to write list everyday about getting things done. Work related or home, whatever.

It's morning time and something weird is going on with my body, It doesn't hurt as much as I thought it would but I'm having a hard time standing and even through I slept 7 hours it doesn't feel like enough, I hope it's just a case of the worries and I didn't accidently really hurt myself for reals.

I work 3pm-2am five days a week. For me, it's nightmare world. But on a 9-5 or regular work hours it can be doable. You just need to plan it out, sleep properly and don't stay up late fucking around, etc.
