He's definitely got a great voice, and I enjoy hearing him in games. I don't think he's prolific enough to be considered 'the best in the business' though.
Then again, my all-time favourite game VA performance is the eponymous heroine of Koudelka whose actress, IIRC, has only that single credit to her name. --- The shattered stage is set and there's a role you must fulfil ... Copied to Clipboard!

Looked him up and apparently he's Dr. Facilier. I like his voice, sure, but I can't say I'm all that familiar with anyone else on his BTVA page.

Goliath alone is enough to earn Keith David a spot in the upper ranks, but my absolute favorite living voice actor has got to be Jim Cummings.
