Washington was just a decent president iirc. Great general maybe but as president he didnt do many things that seemed significant good or bad

He was a great general who led the army to victory. Even if people talked shit about him, and even actively conspired against him, he never retaliated, he always did what was best for the country. Being the first president also had the potential for significant abuse of power. He largely defined the role of the executive. Theres a reason why he dominated his elections.

Eh his overall battle record is more losses than wins. We would not have won if it weren't for french assistance.

Reagans economics were why the 90s were considered one of the Golden eras.

The "Golden Era" is because up until Reagan, corporate taxes were around 90% Reagan undid all of that and that put us into the miserable economic state we're in today.
