I dont know the full story, but even though the customer has a right to be upset over the business making a mistake, it helps nobody to get angry and take it out on other people. This culture where customers can just walk all over employees and all they can do is put up with it is repulsive. If thats what you need the job to be, make it worth it with exceptional pay, training and benefits. Does the customer feel bad at all for causing this to happen?
