In an interview with France Info, a 28-year old female called Capucine says she swears by Rouillons findings.
Capucine, who was one of the volunteers in Rouillons study, said:

There are multiple benefits (to being without a bra): I breathe more easily, I carry myself better, and I have less back pain.

Bra can make them look perkier, bigger and all sorts of stuff, even smaller if you need that.
Also, some bra are fashionable making you feel better.

From the same website, 7 years after the TC link.

There is no official published study of Rouillons findings and no peer review. As such, it is not possible to evaluate the validity of the research.
Marco Klinger, Head of the Operating Unit of Plastic Surgery at Humanitas Research Hospital in Italy, states that the study is too small to be an accurate representation of breast sagging in the general population.

In short, wear a bra if it suits you, or don't if it doesn't. More importantly don't judge anyone for their choice in the matter.

This. I think its rare for women to have real big breasts but still super round and perky.

Most women who have big round breasts and can go bra-less are probably fake breasts. Women like LizKatz and Octokuro, you can look up nude photos of them.

Even those world class russian models like Helga Lovekaty and Nata.Lee's breasts are fake.

Also, as I understand it, them jiggling around is annoying and uncomfortable. A bra keeps them in place.

Infact, I got some man boobs, not too large since I am a skinny dude, they are mostly muscle. But they jiggle when I run and it does feel a bit annoying.
I can't imagine if they were the size of some women's how annoying it would be.

I know that my ex would have her back destroyed if she went braless. She was a bit of a heavier woman(at 230 lbs/5'2), with triple Ms(insert mmm joke here). But those things weighed a ton.

If you have big boobs they can restrict your physical activity. For example, even a light jog would cause them to bounce repeatedly which pulls on the skin and can be painful

The bra helps support the breasts and keep them from moving around a lot. I've always been told that they also help prevent sagging, but I feel like sagging is hard to avoid with large breasts anyway.

My ex had DD's and if she didn't wear a bra, her breasts were flopping all over the place as she moved (which she says was very uncomfortable). So she always wore a bra at work, or in public, but she took it off immediately when she got home.
