I've gotten much better about it now that I have a water flosser. I try to regularly floss and brush twice a day and I use the water flosser once in the morning (too loud for nighttime use). The water flosser makes it more fun.

I use floss pickers instead of floss cause it's easier, but I do that every day. Twice if I am going out in the evening

I can't sleep if I don't floss before bed. Nasty!

Take me for what I am -- who I was meant to be.
And if you give a damn, take me baby, or leave me.

I don't because I find it scary. I'm afraid of losing my grip and hitting my gums.

I'm pretty inconsistent about it. Sometimes I do it every night, but I pretty frequently fall out of the habit.

I used to do it religiously but a couple years back I stopped. I really don't think it makes huge difference to dental health for all the effort. It's mostly cosmetic. To stop little bits of food being stuck in your front teeth where everyone can see. But you just have to be more thorough brushing. I switched from a medium bristle brush to soft which helped a lot. At first it didn't feel like it did enough cleaning but it does, since you can use it longer without bruising your gums.
