I have a federal thrift savings plan and my wife has a 401(k) and we have a non-IRA investment account to just screw around in. Aiming to suck up the next six years and get that guaranteed retirement check, probably won't be any crazy amount but money's money.

All I want is for them to stop taking it out of my check honestly. Why the fuck have I been paying for and continue to pay for social security if it's all gonna be gone by the time I hit 50?
