Has to be Theseus and Asterius. I mean, I hate it, but it's so good. It's very satisfying to do well and the EM3 version is hilarious.

I picked Hades but honestly it's kind of weird design that phase 1 is way way harder than phase 2. (Haven't played EM4 version yet)

EM4 Hades is not a good fight IMO, too much complete bullshit, but it's worth trying to beat at least once.
