And if it's tied to the afterlife, technically not even death would do you part. Otherwise the vampire has the advantage of not aging. As for the remaining options: Zombie - Even if we're talking like a Santa Clarita Diet deal, it's still kinda shitty. Ghost - If you can't touch her, even if she can touch you it's kinda weird. Wendigo - I'm not sure any mechanic really makes this work, unless it's a temporary transformation. Frankenstein's monster - No clue why you wouldn't instead just go with the Bride of Frankenstein. While it's one way to build the perfect woman, I imagine there are a lot of issues. Gorgon - If it's a controllable ability, it's a drawback. If not, that would high risk. Creature from the Black Lagoon - We never see a female gillman, so that's not going to work. However, there are a lot of cool aquatic and semi-aquatic chicks. "None of the above. Kinda depends on how it works. Assuming it's a shape-shifting demon or even one who possesses hosts, it kinda gives you unlimited possibilities. And if it's tied to the afterlife, technically not even death would do you part.

Otherwise the vampire has the advantage of not aging.

As for the remaining options:
Zombie - Even if we're talking like a Santa Clarita Diet deal, it's still kinda shitty.

Ghost - If you can't touch her, even if she can touch you it's kinda weird.

Wendigo - I'm not sure any mechanic really makes this work, unless it's a temporary transformation.

Frankenstein's monster - No clue why you wouldn't instead just go with the Bride of Frankenstein. While it's one way to build the perfect woman, I imagine there are a lot of issues.

Gorgon - If it's a controllable ability, it's a drawback. If not, that would high risk.

Creature from the Black Lagoon - We never see a female gillman, so that's not going to work. However, there are a lot of cool aquatic and semi-aquatic chicks.
