But there's literally nothing wrong with doing whatever you can to avoid getting the virus, and it helps other people too.

I do not see how he needs a mask in his own car unless he is using drive through or he is talking to someone outside his vehicle and that are near him.

You don't per se but it doesn't hurt and it means when you get out to the store or work or whatever, then you're defo masked

I keep a mask in a sealed plastic bag in the car which is what I use when going out to shop or what not. My mask for work is always in my bag so as soon as I am done parking I just slip it on before closing the car door.

These masks do not actually offer any protection unless they are N95s so a lot of people are just using them as a security blanket.

Washing with soap and water, and being mindful are the best tools for this situation, this is how I have avoided being infected.

The only reason I take my mask off in the car is because it fogs up my glasses. My commute isn't long enough to bother with it otherwise.

These days I try to minimize how much I go out overall so when I do it's usually to multiple locations then home. It's honestly just more convenient to leave it on, plus it's not like it actually bothers me in any way whatsoever.

Just to be clear, I dont get mad when I see this. As others have said, you do you. Do I find it a bit odd? Yes I do. I definitely get a chuckle when I see this, but no I dont run up to them and shame them for doing so.
