I think being up for 23 hours would tend to drag, I get by on 6hrs anyways

i dont know. i'd probably get bored with that much free time, but i eat fairly well and dont really want to eat a bunch of guilt free junk food. probably would choose the sleep one.

You CAN eat anything you want and still be healthy. You lose weight by calories, not macronutrients.

Eating-I love eating, and eating without punishment sounds like heaven. Also I love the concept of sleep, even leaving the feeling rested factor out lol
