Currently my boot disk is an SSD, but its only 240GB so its mainly just programs and windows stuff.
I install most of my games on my 3TB storage disk.

Should I get a bigger SSD so that I can install games on it?

yeah sure if you play a lot of games that have long loading screens

dont get one if all you play is like, minecraft

SSDs rock, they are quiet and you don't have to listen to annoying humming from hard drives.
