Dailymail has learned that Police have arrested 46 y/o Mr Potato Head, Steven Bandenburg, a Wisconsin Pharmacist who PURPOSELY spoiled 57 vials of Moderna COVID-19 vacines for some unknown reason!!

He left the vials out of a fridge and left them out overnight before putting the now ineffective doses back in the fridge

Police said the former employee of the Advocate Aurora Health Hospital is charged with first degree recklessly endangering safety and adulterating a prescription drug and criminal damage to property

He hasn't been officially named by Dailymail has found the perpetrator through records as he is a licensed pharamacist and police began investigating wednesday that estimates 8000-11000 in damages

Dr. Jeff Bahr, president of the aurora health care medical group said he did not only take the vials out but also did it again a previous day and then returning them in the fridge

Because they were unaware they were left out overnight, some were presumed to be fine and were given to 57 people before the remainder were discarded

They thought these doses were accidentally removed but the culprit had acted "suspicious" and then he admitted it before they fired him and called police

Bahr insisted there's "no evidence" that these ineffective doses would harm individuals given them and now those people were notified.

There's also no evidence he tampered with hem other than removing them from the fridge and said it was one bad actor who did this

The FBI is now investigating as the number of cases continue to rise in the state with a total of 481,102 cases

If he was intending to distribute potentially worthless doses, he should be charged very harshly. However, even if he was just trying to waste them, he should be charged given the scarcity.

I have no clue what kind of penalty they bring but he should just get whatever those have. As a trained professional there really doesn't seem to be a way for this to be unintentional.

How did they even find out about it? They had given some of the does already. The article doesn't answer anything. He deserves jail time since he did it on purpose.

Yea, but all it says is he was acting suspicious. That is enough to start looking through cameras generally.

Yeah, someone probably saw the vials that were left out and questioned why, then investigators reviewed the film. That is my guess. I can't imagine you could have a bad enough poker face that they could tell this by just looking at a person.

As for the sentencing, I am more in favor of a short sentence and more importantly ensuring he loses his medical license. Although, I am assuming that he did not act with malice and just made a mistake with vials by accidently leaving them out, then kind of waffling weather to distribute them or not. Still screwed up, but not as much as if he was planning this from the start, which will be pretty hard to prove.

No theyre still outrageous to any normal human being. And in this case Ive seen far more skepticism than usual, even on this site, from extremist members.

At least one, probably two of those charges require intent to be proven. Good luck with that.
