Whats the food that, if given the opportunity, you would hurt yourself eating.

For me its most likely Crab legs. I could see having hospital required stomach issues if someone offered me all you could eat king crab legs.

Probably none, because I can exercise a modicum of self-control. Which isn't to say there's a lot of lot of food that I eat too much of when it's available, but I generally know my limits and try to stay within them.

It only becomes a problem if I don't know my limits regarding a certain food. If there was an unlimited dessert buffet, there's a reasonable chance I would wind up fairly sick afterward.

Pfeffernsse translates to "pepper nuts" in English, which is what they're called in some other countries (pepernoten in Dutch, peberndder in Danish, etc). Though that name doesn't really make any sense, because they don't contain pepper or nuts. They're made with various spices like ginger, cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, mace, and anise.

Opening sunflower seeds and peanuts. I use my fingers to pull the shells apart (I only ever use my teeth to initially crack the shell if needed) and my fingers get sore after awhile, sometimes I wonder on the verge of bleeding.

I love those little things... so addicting. Making them is one of my family's Christmas traditions. I can't wait!
