It looks half decent, but WAAYYY Over designed. I get that the Tech they use is "everchanging" or whatever, but spending half your budget animating Armor is probably why the movie sucks.

Sucker Punch wasn't bad, it was a great movie in terms of what Snyder usually throws out (ie. lots of cool action scenes) but there wasn't really anything more to it. I liked the movie too, but its not something I would ever go "bud you NEED to watch Sucker Punch.

Also I love Steppenwolf here, it looks like he was just going to be a Sentinel from Days of Future Past, and then like 95% through someone realized they couldn't do that.

I think he really excells at that sorta stuff. Especially the visuao style. It's hard to explain, but it's a gritty realism that feels like it's been peeled off onto the screen.

Plus he generally has really good actors in these roles. Say what you will, but he always has a good cast under him. JDM as The Comedian was a legitimately perfect casting, though.
