Wouldn't he have to receive a conviction first to be pardoned? Also a pardon requires acknowledgement of guilt, which Trump is physically incapable of doing.

There is no requirement of a conviction, but I believe he would have to give relatively specific pardons? I question if something like "I pardon myself for everything" would work.

I don't think the president can pardon himself but President Pence could certainly write Trump a very broad pardon such as "for any and all wrongdoings before [today's date]", and yes that would work, at least at a federal level.

Hilary and her friends or whoever else it was he was going at (I can't even remember, I thought he was supposed to "drain the swamp" and reveal their wrongdoings) didn't. Why would he?

In fact, a lot of people just died. (but if you paid attention to and followed some unofficial reports, there was A LOT that went on "off-the-record" or behind the scenes. And we're just supposed to see that it's all over? And ABSOLUTELY NONE OF IT CAME TO LIGHT? Fucking lame, disclosure / ascension community, and I don't wanna hear that there's some kind of prevention by the news to report about anything. Americans have always been ready for the truth, and we obviously don't give a fuck about the news to report fairly, if the news is fake we should have been getting our data straight from the White House)

Let's not forget about Hilary's Haiti thing. It almost feels as if we've been on a rollercoaster ride that wasn't open to the public, and turns out never existed in the first place cause we were on a four year Salvia trip.

The only way I see that side of the story having a proper resolution is that it turns out there is a historic development that renders Biden incapable of achieving Presidency, and with y'all screaming "criminal" on Trump, I don't see why we are hiring criminals anyway.

How can you seriously believe Trump isn't racist? Biden may be racist too but I don't hear him constantly spouting clearly racist rhetoric like Trump does. He literally tweeted a video of one of his supporters yelling "white power!" and it wasn't to condemn him.

I doubt that'll happen! Jesus Christ himself can't save Trump from what he's about to face as a "private citizen". Trump is and was his own worst enemy and now that his dad isn't around to rescue him as he had always done before he passed, Trump will have to face the music. He owes hundreds of millions of dollars on loans he defaulted on and the IRS says he owes millions in penalties so it'll be real interesting to say the least.

According to the article, it says his attorneys might tell him he has no option to pardon himself. I don't know if that's true, but that's why it says VP Pence will have to pardon him...

I'd like to see such a thing get challenged though. A pardon is supposed to be an admission of guilt and such a pardon basically admits nothing.

Quite a few things. A sitting president can't be indicted, but as soon as he's out of office an avalanche of litigation is coming his way. Trump is likely going to spend the rest of his life in litigation.
