Better thing to do imo would be to just let him stay in there. Until he runs out of food and has to come out on his own volition. Or just let him stay there in general but move all of his personal items out of the property so Biden can move in.

Actually, here's the beauty of what's happened

So, the president can't preemptively pardon for charges against anyone.

The DOJ policy under Barr prevents a sitting president from being able to be charged with a crime.

So Trump can't pardon himself, and he can't be charged anyways until he can no longer pardon anyone.

So basically, as soon as he's stripped of his title he is a sitting duck and he's got no allies with any real power left to protect him because he's lost the election.

So basically, if he could have been charged then he could have gone for some bullshit self pardon route and see if that worked out. But he didn't, and now he can feel the walls closing in on him. That he'd literally barricade himself inside the White House is just... Fucking perfect for the cliches he's always filled. Because he's predictable, he only has the same few tricks.

No he won't. Unless he tries to pardon himself, which it's pretty unclear if he can even do that, but if he doesn't he's gonna need ol' Sleepy Joe on his side once SDNY comes knocking on charges of tax fraud, and probably even Obstruction charges via the Mueller Report. They're still pissed he got involved with that Berman firing thing, typically they're given free reign to do their own thing regardless of the current president and AG. Once he's no longer a sitting president I see them going hard at Trump tbh.
