Is putting Spurn on Raven a good idea? I figured since he's already fully merged, I could kit him out so he can score better rather than starting new with someone like Ross or Hana. He doesn't have the best of bulks, so I'm not sure if I should do it. I would also give him Atk/Spd Solo and Aether, and Flashing/Heavy Blade would go well with the set, but he might want Spd/Res Solo seal instead to keep up with Spd creep

you DO need her for the true ending in that she must be alive at the end of the chapter you recruit her to access the gaiden chapter (and you need to get all gaiden chapters for true ending). But there are like 5 more characters who have that same requirement to access gaiden chapters so it's not like the game stresses her importance over those characters in any way. as a unit she might actually be the worst in the game though. i actually can't believe how bad she is when i think back on it lol.

It should work out fairly well. Raven is still among the faster infantry axe users. Lloyd has terrible physical bulk but thanks to Repel he survives a hell of a lot more things, and Raven has more physical bulk than he does. Seriously, +10 and max flowers and he only has 27 def....

If you were going for pure minmaxing over favorites though, Hana basically outclasses any easily mergable axe and she'll eventually be in the grail shop.

It's probably fine with Raven. A +10 Raven with Spd boon comes out to 47 Spd with only his weapon equipped, and no dragonflowers. Hana would be stronger, but that is really expensive to start from scratch with a grail unit.

I wish I could give Raven DC so he can counter L!Chrom, but his Spd isn't as good as it used to be. I'm up to 300 orbs and have gazillions of things I want to get. My summoning hand twitches

Were the Mythic/Legendary noteworthy when the banners were longer than usual? It only happens ever so often when they extend the length of the banner, so wondering what to expect. We could be getting Freyja instead of Triandra

Red is, alright. I don't have L!Eliwood or Brave Lys(And no one in particular to fodder her off to atm). Sothis merge is "eh"

Blue I really don't care about. Joint Drive Speed is nice, but a merge on the other two do nothing for me.

Colorless is nice. Merge on Leif, and the other two have nice fodder.

So... Colorless > Red > Blue perhaps?

Don't think anyone expected a double Mythic banner. Freyja is a nice addition to Light, but I think I still prefer Eir for her healing. I'll be going for green since they would be all new to me. Colorless is also a great choice

For me, it is.. Green > Colorless > Red > Blue

Corrin and Hel are the only old units I don't have. It's nice that they knocked out both of these mythics together. Back to non-FEH mythic next time please.

That was the best "Worst Voting Gauntlet" ever.

A bunch of adorable little sisters running around doing 0 damage to each other, because having all the bonus characters be healers pre-staff refines is the greatest idea!

Really needed to be carried by strong friends at the time, because random were as dumb as always. And +10s were rare back then(But the level 1 trick worked at least).

Question, Legendary Marth (the one iwth the fire emblem) has a bonus doubler effect on his weapon. If you were to give him the bonus doubler skill, would it essentially turn into bonus tripler? (Since I assume it doesn't double the double stats since those are combat only, but maybe it would double the base buffs that are active again?)

Also what are some good skills to give him because binding shield seems p situational

Yes, bonus doubler can stack like that. It was his weapon and bonus doubler would each give in combat buffs equivalent to the blue buffs on each stat. I don't use Marth, but Wrath sounds like a pretty nice skill for him that is accessible.

Spent my 250 orbs on this banner. Came out with :
2 Triandra (-spd + res, -spd + atk)
1 Corrin (-spd +atk)
2 Hel (-atk, +hp, -hp + res)
1 Leif merge
1 Eliwood merge

I'll probably merge the Hels and keep a Triandra manual. Corrin's bane is unfortunate. I will probably hold her until I get another.

So with Triandra, I can probably swap our Sothis to make my Dark defense team more rough to deal with alongside Bram. The Res boost is nice though, I've certainly had scenarios where one of my units proved to be surprisingly durable.

It didn't take much for me to get all green Mythic's, which was the best luck I've had on a MH/LH banner, but that luck outweighed what happened going for Duo Lyn. All I got was another Flayn. I shouldn't have bothered :(

Now I'm still trying to get F!Kris and have measly orbs left. I did nab another Larcei

I'm assuming there's not too much to know as a f2p besides try and level a variety of units and do events before they expire (at a difficulty I can handle?

More or less. FEH is a pretty simplified game, and starting off you basically just want enough strong units to cover any general situation.

It's hard to really mess up. You'll want to have a greater feel for the game before using 5* units for skill inheritance, but you can use 3* and 4* ones without much concern.

It took too many orbs to get F!Kris and I had to shell out, but that was compensated by the fact that instead of getting a free Nils today, I got another F!Kris! One is +Atk, the other +Spd. I will fodder the +Atk and HM grind the other. Uncertain if I'll fodder the other for now since there's no immediate need to do so

Also got a third Grima while going for Kris. All three I've gotten are +Res, so I merged one and am saving the other one

Man, they really need to make more T3 skills have better availability. IP really should be a 4* skill

It's great when you already have a 5* version of all the heroes for a "Three Heroes". Had them and Legendary Azura clear out a Book 2 Chain Challenge. Loki was somewhat threatening since Soren and Tharja are base kit... but still simple enough.

I believe this is the first time for these three units? Definitely first time for a Book II unit, so that bodes well for these events in the future. If only Soren's refine had come later... That refine effect is very underwhelming. As for L'Arachel, she will probably get same refine that Eirika got. I was hoping they'd change Eirika's stat boost to Atk or Spd, but they kept it as Res, which is kind of useless for her, and I'm expecting L'Arachel to keep the even more useless Def boost, so I don't see myself building her. +10 Tharja is what I've got, and interestingly enough, the only reason I maxed her out was because of my old AR setup

So I looked up my purchase history and it turns out I've spent about.... $392.23

Which is both better and worse than I've thought. (Probably less than what I spent on League skins, but I don't have the purchase history on those)

also, i just found out that if you merge at 4 to get rid of flaw, if you promote to 5 star, the flaw comes back?!
