This is more difficult that I expected. It's not that I need porn that much, but just that it's become a very common habit. So the window between me going "hey I should look at porn" and looking at it got pretty short particularly because I'm on my computer all the time.

I haven't watched porn in over 2 months. When you think about what porn is its pretty gross. Imagine if you had to physically watch these acts live and beat off to them, how creepy and awkward that would be. Despite that watching porn is not looked in this light for some reason, but it's definitely a nasty habit. I've been trying to quit masturbating, now that's a hard one.

Its really all about you. If you feel like it's not healthy, then it isn't. I've experimented with not partaking in physical pleasures for literally months at a time -- it does have an impact, but what kind is really up to you.
