The netcode for that game is fucking bad, even for P2P, that's why. Many of these have rollback, or a fan patch to add it, or have Fightcade compatibility (which is rollback)

When i played it i never really had a problem. It certainly ran better than SF5 for me at the time anyway.

There are supposedly iOS/Android versions too, but a phone is not a big enough screen for mahjong so I just use my computer for it. Don't really see what a steam version would accomplish \_()_/ ...
