When people would complain they would say put him on ignore. Many did ignore them, but wanted to talk about the same subjects the troll did so they made separate topics for them. The mods (and Krystal if I remember right) didn't like that and would mod the other topics. There was a certain mod who saw through that troll's BS and would mod him, but he ended up get demodded for it. I always think about that when a mod says ignore/block someone.
