Disrespect went into a public washroom at worst, Alinity straight up abused a living animal on camera multiple times and has also been proven to be both unethical and corrupt with maintaining her standing on the Twitch platform. It's perfectly understandable that people continually bring up Alinity in these conversations.

I personally don't care about either of these "big name" streamers, but the writing is on the wall.

Well, its a fair point. People like Alinity have done more than enough to warrant a ban at this point with the questionable things shes done to her pets. Before you screech about how us guys just hate female gamers, take not that even female streamers think she should be banned. Lot of people dont like her for perfectly good reasons yet she gets a pass constantly.

Anyone who spits alcohol into their pets mouth shouldnt be allowed to stream on Twitch. If Alinity was a man, I would be saying the same thing.

Dr Disrespect is a huge Twitch streamer who plays a macho guy character on stream. He's known for having a specific look, which he accomplishes with a mullet wig, his mustache, and sunglasses.

Nobody knows why he's banned, but a lot of people, including people who normally say "wait until we here a statement before you freak out", are saying that he's done for good.

Speculation-wise, the timing of this ban mixed with Twitch publicly stating that they will not give the reason, in conjunction with the swift ban, paints a pretty bad picture for him.

He's known for basically playing a character, but like a lot of things that try to be satirical, there's kind of a blur on where the legitimacy lies. I know a few months ago, he was talking about coronavirus conspiracy theories on a stream. He posted "sources" talking about 5G towers being the cause, and seemed to act pretty firmly rooted in the belief.

His obnoxious persona has always been sort of his schtick, but he's played it up a little too convincingly lately. And his viewers are going to take it at face value regardless. It's starting to be reminiscent of when Alex Jones said he was playing a character in court. That's not really a good justification.
