I did, mostly for permission slips for field trips/movie days, since I always forgot to get my mom to sign them. I felt okay because I know she wouldve, I was just forgetful.

once in middle school I forged the signature on a failed report card. Oops.

I did once to do the baby project instead of a 10 page report.

Dad was mad, but he calmed down. Don't know what his issue was even to this day. Idk to this day why he'd have preferred me to have to do the 10 page report, especially since there's no way of have done it.

No, because my handwriting is terrible so it'd never work. And also because I can't recall anything needing their signature that they wouldn't sign. There's no point in forging something you can just get from the person.

No, but in highschool if you missed a class they would call your home number to say like "Darc was not present at *class* on *month/day*" so I just switched the number to my best friends and they called her to verify it. So I could skip whenever I felt like it, still went to class mostly but skipped like 3-4 times a week.

I can't recall my old man signing anything when I was at school so yes.
Edit: I never forged it thought.

I forged my mums signature once, I don't remember what it was for but one of the teachers immediately noticed the difference (I thought I had done a pretty good job on it) but let it pass
