Dailymail has exposed the bombshell quickie divorce that 45 y/o Kellie Chauvin, a refugee from Laos wants from her ex-murderous husband, 43 y/o Derek Chauvin and says she wants NOTHING, not a single dime from in the divorce!!

The couple went through 3 days of HELL after the shocking murder was exposed as they were holed in the house together and just before Chauvin was hauled away, she filed an immediate divorce through her attorney and wants nothing to do with her husband of 10 years due to an "irretrievable breakdown" of their relationship from this!!

She said they officially split on May 28, a few days after he was accused of killing George Floyd after the video of him kneeling on Floyd's neck was revealed in the brutal arrest.

The realtor stated she is currently UNEMPLOYED as the mom of 2 adult sons from another relationship said she didn't want any money or financial assistance as she wants out 100% and said she is capable of supporting herself

Kellie met Chauvin at a hospital (the same hospital where Floyd was pronounced Dead) when he came in with a suspect for a check up where she was then a radiologist. He came back to ask her out on a date and then got married in 2010.

When she ran for Mrs. Minnesota 2018, she told an interviewer that her husband was "such a gentleman" who would still open the door for her .

Now fast forward to present day, Kellie is DISGUSTED from what she has heard and has been apparently demanded answers from Chauvin and was not satisfied with his response as she's kept her silence from the media and has been in hiding as well as her sons.

Amanda Mason-Sekula, her attorney said "This evening, i spoke with Kellie Chauvin and her family. She is devastated by Mr. Floyd's death and her utmost sympathy lies with his family, with his loved ones and with everyone who is grieving this tragedy. While Ms. Chauvin has no children from her current marriage, she respectfully requests that her children, her elder parents and her extended family be given safety and privacy during this difficult time"

An irretrievable breakdown means that the marriage cannot be saved and there is no saving it

The only thing she is asking the court to receive ownership of their TWO HOMES in Oakdale and in Windermere, Florida. Both have been abandoned and were surrounded by protesters and covered in grafiti

A shell shocked relative told Dailymail that Kellie does not want to talk to the media on their 10 years of marriage as they do not want to stoke anymore tension and wants to be alone.

Chauvin has been moved to the most secure prisons in America as an officer told Dailymail that he would be DEAD in TWO MINUTES if he stayed at the old jail cell..

Kellie is also the FIRST Spouse to have demanded a DIVORCE from an officer involved in a high-profile case

Do you respect Kellie for demanding a Quickie Divorce and not ask for any financial assistance?.

given that she's won multiple high-deal beauty pageants, i'd wager that she's likely the reason they own multiple houses in well off neighborhoods in a different state

beat cops don't tend to have the greatest salaries.

I assume there is the possibility of other issues in the background and this recently act and the reaction to it was simply the straw that broke the camel's back. That said, I would not be surprised if there are cases of family members standing by what one did and that probably goes more to show what kind of character they have as well.

That still isn't how marriage works, you don't get to back out and take "your share", your assets are split.

especially if they did a prenup, and even if they didn't.
