Like I've told everyone I know, I hope I'm wrong but I haven't been so far and there are just way too many unknowns to think we will be able to handle this with little or no permanent damage to the global economy. this virus is extremely contagious but thankfully many people are completely immune to it, but i hope it doesnt combine with another deadly pathogen because then we really are in trouble. As it is right now the world economy is in going to be on hold until it infects everybody, if the antibodies do provide immunity but the antibodies fade then this thing will be with us forever. If the common cold is still with us with no cure then covid 19 is also. The idea that most all of us were going to get the virus anyway, and we just need to time it so that the medical resources are available.
