But we all do 'therapy stuff' that has no evidence base, eg. sessions last 1 hour, there is no evidence that 1 hour is an optimal time-frame. Also eg. I've got some issues too, and isolation is making it worse - when I'd hoped sitting with myself and "dealing with it" would help. It's their literal job and calling in life to hear people out when they have problems. Lean on your therapist.
