I'm really not okay with the notion that organizations can reprimand people for their personal lives, even if it is mostly justified. It seems to getting more common these days, especially when it involves social media.

EVO is a private entity bro they can do what they please

I used to go to fighting game tournaments a lot. Even in Seattle casual use of the n-word by many people was very common. I could see a lot of people getting blown up by this, including some pros I won't mention who I have definitely heard use it and are not black.

It really shouldn't be a thing, but it's not like I expect people to disregard information that technically can be accessed publicly.
