Sadly he's still better than Trump

Anyone who doesn't vote for him is as responsible for all the harm, suffering and pain that Trump will bring over the next 4 years.

Unless you aren't American obviously in which case you're an innocent bystander.

Voting for Biden guarantees we won't get a radical/FDR democrat for over a decade. Just more of the same establishment bullshit. I'd rather have four years of Trump and then a chance at a liberal lion in 2024. It's called accelerationism and it has nothing to do with electing feckless, tepid, safe, "electable" moderate democrats. Now more than ever is the time for someone radical to wash over the system but it looks like we're getting denied Bernie again.

Same dudes who thought Bernie was going to win think handing the supreme court over to the far-right for a generation is a huge tactical victory.

Luckily Biden doesn't need the internet vote.

Look, I don't want Trump to win, but I hate that the choice is between one piece of shit and another, less smelly piece of shit. There was an obviously better choice that Democrats could make, but corporate influence and voter ignorance won again.

My point is that Democrats' behavior gets excused to much just because they're not as awful as the Republicans and that's not how things should be.

I love how Bro doesnt understand that Dems can pressure their candidate to change their platform and that Bidens final platform isnt set. They cant do anything to Trump. Thats how this works.

What does getting Biden to endorse M4A realistically do? Do you think there's some way that any candidate can actually get something like that passed?

What exactly will get passed? But thats not how campaigns work

Is it worth it to trash the nominee for months before what's likely to be a nasty election for a policy that you don't have any faith will actually get passed in any form close to it?

I mean, we know what happened to Hillary after all the "helpful" anti-campaigning from the left.

Bro come on.

This is some of the most disingenuous garbage Ive seen you post.

Youre the one that came in and conflated his post with South Park. He made zero mention of what you mentioned.

By the way, that episode was a giant douche or a turd sandwich

both choices being shit far predates some random episode of South Park

Is it worth trying to get comprehensive healthcare reform at a time when this country very obviously needs it? Yes!

But that's disingenuous given your last post, no?

You don't actually expect it to be passed. But you like the sentiment of trying, but for an election that's deeply practical, it's pretty irresponsible to hold out on sentiment.

No, my argument is trashing the dude that is likely to be the only hope of any form of liberal policy because he doesn't say the things you like is probably acting against your own interests.

We can pretend like the attacks on Hillary from the Bernie camp had no effect on the 2016 election, but seeing how vehemently she is hated across the internet, I think it would be a hard sell.

Reminder, Biden is a friend to Mitch Mcconnell, they've worked together on shit before
Reminder, Biden thinks only Trump is the problem and you can work with Republicans and they'll stop being crazy Trump supporters
Reminder, Biden had almost 10 years of firsthand experience of what Republicans did to his old Boss simply because they hate liberals that much
Reminder, Biden once said he'd be glad to be even a 1 term president if he won
Reminder, that Biden hates the youth, is pro corporate like Obama maybe even more than Obama and has been telling Rich people "nothing will change"

People's one thing about Biden is they hope that he'll put a left winger in Ruth's seat if he won, but that's a false hope, he's more likely to cave to some right wing sleezeball the republicans want out of "unity" and "bipartisan" effect which we know is political language for rolling over for republicans and taking the fallout for it from media and republican networks.

We're fucked either way you look at it. Especially because the progressive movement is killed in America, Sanders was the last one, AOC will either get primary'd away someday or continue being ignored.

This is not the gotcha that you think it is. It is not surprising when people who disagree politically with a candidate voice their opinions.

But people on opposite sides of the political spectrum should presumably dislike Biden for different reasons, wouldn't you think?

It's not a gotchya at all. It's an observation that the social dynamics of the current election resemble 2016. Do you disagree?

Okay, let's clear this up a little. Do you think that in 2016, people were just politically disagreeing with Hillary, and that the general negative sentiment had nothing to do with the endless attacks from both right and left calling her a neoliberal centrist, calling into question her health, and the general conspiracy theories surrounding her?
