twice. sunday and friday.

I try and restrict myself to two showers a day, but if I work out/swim in the pool (currently just tuesday and Thursdays), I have to take a shower in the morning, before I get in the pool, after I get out of the pool, when I get home (the shower water at the club still has clorine in it) and then before bed.

So that is 5 times on Tue/Thur and 2 times the other 5 days, so 15 times total a week.

Surprisingly not. The only comments I've ever got on my smell is "I like your aftershave" and "you smell like soap".

Most of the stinky people don't interact with others or those they do interact with are stinky also, like a club, STINK CLUB!

Rule #1 don't mention the foul odor emanating from the group.
Rule #2 never shower/bathe more than 4 times a month.

In the colder months I'll skip a day here and there so I get 5 showers a week. In the warmer months I wash myself every day.

Anybody that only washes once a week and thinks they don't stink is delusional.

No, that's just how people are. THey will gossip behind the person's stinky back how bad they smell. Make gestures and signs to that person that they smell, but typically will not talk to the person about it.

And it's different reactions between strangers and friends. Friends should always point out flaws in their friends. My favorite is when I see someone and mention how much weight they've gained lol

That's what I mean, though. You're friends are shitty if they don't tell you. And I see people do it all the time. I don't know many places where people don't point it out to you. They may not make a big scene about it. But they'll pull you aside and tell you. And make some kind of mention to you. If they don't, then they're probably a shitty friend...

Depends on the stranger. Like are they a friend of a friend that's hanging around. If so, I'd tell my friend because they friend could tell them. Or it's possible they have a medical condition. So, I'd ask my friend, and they could tell them. Though, if winter is getting those comments he mentioned from friends, then there's no reason they most likely wouldn't tell him if they are decent friends.

It's a stranger to me. I don't fucking know them. I'm not automatically a friend just because they are a friend of a friend. Nor does you friend knowing a person that you don't know makes them any less a stranger... Like, by the literally definition, they are a stranger... Though, they can become a friend...

And if we're talking about strangers who pass you on the road, then who fucking cares. They won't say anything because they'll probably never see you again. He was saying that people tell him smells like soap and they don't say he sticks. Those people are talking to him. So, they probably aren't strangers...

I'll treat them differently because I don't need to be around the stranger. I keep usually leave the area, or get from around that person. If they friend of a friend (the stranger) is going to hang out, then that's different. Because I can't not say something at that point. And since I'm not a friend, I'd tell my friend who is there friend to tell them... Unless said friend says they have a medical problem... But depending on circumstances, you may already know that... I'm not treating them differently because they are a friend of a friend. I'm treating them differently because I have to be around them... And we don't know that winter stinks. That's just a guess. Or do you have some kind of proof. If you have no proof, then you are making baseless claims...

just gonna throw this out here, my female coworkers have been complimenting my hair, they say it looks really nice and shiny, asking me whats my secret/conditioner... well, of course i wont tell them my secret, ill get fired. but yeah, not just work, other strangers have praised my hair, which i dont get back when i shower twice a day.

So no proof. Got it. There are other ways of washing, by the way. Like a bath, or in the sink. Instead of a full shower, I know some people, especially if not going somewhere, will washing specific areas in the sink instead. And he could do that. Also, if he doesn't go anywhere, and the house stay pretty cool, you may not actually pick up any smells. And that could happen as well. Basically, you're making baseless accusations when you don't even know that much about him and how he lives off of something you heard on one topic. Or maybe a couple things off a few different topics. Maybe projecting. Who cares. You can't say with 100% certainty that he stinks...
