It should be illegal since smoking cigarettes harms the person smoking and the people around, why should people who wants to be healthy have to be forced to breathe cigarettes smoke?

• A person who is walking shouldnt have to breathe cigarettes smoke.
• A person sitting at the beach shouldnt have to breathe a person smoking.
• A person eating outdoor shouldnt have to breathe cigarettes smoke.
• A person shouldnt have to speed up, slow down, move, etc to avoid breathing people smoking.

If a person spikes someone drink, punch, use a knife to fight, etc that is assault which is illegal. Why can people who smoke cigarettes be allowed to harm other people?

A school kid put their semen into their pancake and they got in trouble with the law. Yet people smoking cigarettes in public is allowed.

Smoking cigarettes does a lot of harm to people body, to the one smoking and the one who breathes around or near. Cigarettes has chemicals inside which makes it addictive.

I dislike people who smoke around me, but at the same time, it's a free country. We have already removed smoking from establishments such as restaurants and bars...

We have raised the price on cigarettes to an extreme point...

If they still are smoking outside, let them smoke. It's a free country. I'm also not interested in wasting police man power on enforcing such a ridiculous law.

I agree. If people are too dumb to stop a habit that does nothing but hurts them, it should be taken away from them.

One person being fat does not cause other people harm for them existing.

I smoke. I go as far away from everyone as humanly possible when I do it. I'm super self conscious about it because I know of how it can affect others.

I have no interest in quitting though, I am going to die younger anyway, no sense prolonging it.

Addressing one problem doesnt mean the other isnt a problem. I have never heard or seen anything about food shortage, whether people can afford the food or not is a totally different problem which exist.

Although I know people who cant afford many thing, they would spend their money on cigarettes instead of food. They rather suffer and their family due to their smoking addiction. They would rather go hungry than go without buying cigarettes.

I seen people ask strangers for cigarettes and looking at the floor for cigarettes to smoke, that is how desperate some people get for their addiction.

I seen many people beg for money, yet they are smoking. That tells me he will spend his money on cigarettes rather than food and drinks.

It is too bad there are many people who doesnt care about who breathe their cigarettes smoke.

I know there are people who smokes that cares about if they are near other people which might not like breathing it, but unfortunately there are many people who dont care.

Remember even if smoking wasnt the cause for the death of someone, it still weaken someone body which gives it opportunity to get other illness to die from.

People do not literally go hungry because they woul rather buy an pack of smokes. Yes, it's an addiction but it's nothing where you literally ruin your entire financial state over. You cant compare smoking cigarettes to smoking heroin dude

What do you call someone that is really underweight and her bones are visible everywhere? She is a family member who has financial problems, she complains about not having money to eat, but there she is buying packet of cigarettes. She is a chain smoker, basically she smokes 1 entire packet a day easy.

This is her she gets 1 cigarettes, when she finished and a few minutes passes like 5 minutes another cigarettes and so on until she sleeps.

Her breathing is terrible due to her asthma, yet she smokes. Her whizzing is really bad.

I used to have asthma problem, which used to make me unable to breathe and cough when people smoked near me. I had to use inhaler thanks to the people smoking affecting me. This was when there was no law of smoking indoors, basically could smoke in restaurants, bars, office, hotels, etc.

People shouldnt be forced to breathe people smoking cigarettes.

Cigarette smoking can affect those with perfect health, that is a fact.

This is a wild misconception. I'm sure both types of people try and kick their bad habits. I know when I smoked I tried countless times to quit. I was never happy about smoking, it's an addiction. Same goes for fat people, I'm sure the majority try or consider howbto lose weight.

Neither group has a great long term success rate mind you but you can't really call one worse than the other. Isnt obesity rekatedbiklness like the leading cause of death in America?
