In ear, the old school design. I've been using Philips SHE2105 models for years because they have the best sound of any <$10 earphones I've tried.

Some very old 70s style studios. They don't cancel at all, but they give nice sound.

Over the ear for the most part, but if I am listening to music on the go I prefer ear buds since they are more portable.

bone conduction.(aftershokz trekz titanium)
not the best bass, but they give clear sound and don't block outside sounds.
if I do want noise isolation I can grab a pair of earplugs.

In-ear noise canceling. I have JVC, Skullcandy and Sony earbuds.
