I used to listen to them quite a bit, their first two albums were different, and I think I enjoyed the two after that, but it started to feel all samey after that so I never bothered with their later stuff.

Their first three albums were decent. Everything after that is an awful self-parody. Godsmack went the same route.

One of my favorite bands back in high school but I grew out of them. I still have some nostalgia for a lot of their songs but haven't actually listened to them in years.

yes. I went to a concert of theirs a while back (probably like 2006) and it was awesome. I suck in a bottle of whiskey and got nice and wasted but not too much to not remember stuff. The security guy patting me down felt it too. I had it tucked into my sock. He felt it, paused and had a look on his face like "do I ignore this or do something?" He ignored it. Also there was a girl at the concert who I would work with a few years later (didn't know her at the time) who apparently was enjoying it so much that she had a spontaneous orgasm and fell on the floor right there in the mosh pit and convulsed a bit and other people around her thought she was overdosing or something, but iirc she had only smoked weed.

Edit: I haven't really listened to anything of theirs newer than whatever album 10000 Fists was on (with the exception of the cover of Sound of Silence when I heard it on The Blacklist a few years ago)

No, and I've never liked them. They get recommended by Pandora based on what I like and I don't know why, they've always sucked.
