Really depends on the situation. If she's your wife or whatever, then of course not. But if she's some psycho hitting you because you're brown or something, then yeah, 1 hit KO plz.

Nah I'm kidding. In general it's best to stave off hitting a woman (of that latter case, the former should typically not ever be hit) until you really have no choice in the matter and for whatever reason could not just leave the situation.

Although that boomer vomit woman that was posted on here earlier deserves whatever she gets. I'd say she was more of an abomination than a woman, kind of like how zombies are not considered in that light typically.

You should only hit anyone if you're defending yourself regardless of gender.

Here is a tip if a person doesnt want to get hit, then dont hit other people.

Doesnt matter what gender that person is, just dont hit and you wont get hit. If someone hits you then expect that person to hit you back, especially if you continue hitting.

Short answer if someone hits you, there is nothing wrong in hitting them back.

edit: all you guys who are saying "no", would you afford the same immunity to a physically smaller male? like if a guy was 5'6" and 120lbs and decked you in the face, would you grant him the same leniency you would a woman?

Not necessarily true anymore. In the United States, for example, this is slowly becoming less of a standard reaction by law enforcement. Provided witness statements (or footage) support the man as the victim, he has a noticeably higher chance of not receiving charges compared to 30 years ago, as many departments are dialing back on immediately taking the woman's account by default (too many women made false accounts).

A few months ago my 6'3" athletic male friend was attacked by a 5'9" skinny woman outside of a club. She was denied entry and caught my friend snickering about it in line. She blew up and repeatedly tried to stab him with a pen in front of witnesses. After her third attempt, my friend laid her out with one punch to the side of her head. A couple naysayers scolded him for being "too violent" (even in self defense towards her violence), but the majority of club-goers waiting outside sided with us, including other women. They said it was fair for him to stop her assault to avoid getting stabbed or worse.

The cops were called and arrived 10 minutes later. All we had to do was show them the phone footage of the woman instigating the whole mess using a weapon and they took her, not my friend.
