I like how you conveniently ignored my comment about the decades of a head start. There's a reason they've had time to build that lore with a decent fanbase. It wouldn't of got the support to build to what it is if the creator was black. If you were on the opposite end of this you wouldn't be so content with the world bruh.

You must be deliberately ignoring his point. Rocky is only a supporting character in the Creed films, that's why they're not called Rocky 7 & 8. They are literally focused on someone else. Adonis isn't a raceswapped version of Rocky, nor was he ever intended to be. This new character is a new 007, not Jane Bond.

Movies arent playground games.

Kids can pretend to be monsters and aliens and animals. And yes anything else that they do not resemble.

But skin color is not like a costume you can put on and take off at will.

If I were casting, Id have a picture of the cartoon character or movie character, and compare the picture to the person auditioning.

If this isn't just a little gimmick for the one movie, why change him at all? Why is there an absolute need to change James Bond? Why must he not be a white man anymore? Why is that so wrong?

If the best actor for the role of James Bond happens to be Black or Asian, or whatever, I don't care as long as he's good. My problem is that everyone is demanding that he can't be a white guy anymore for whatever reason.

The thing is, these demands are mostly coming form people who wouldn't watch a JB movie anyway.
