I don't think Pez was a surefire lynch yesterday, or Lea today even. My second red vote I'll (obviously) give you.

Also, flip the chessboard. We can't all be Chris and cult of personality any lynch we want. Unless I have a really good argument/info I'd rather read the room and react to lynches that have some legs rather than just, say, yelling "MZERO" into the night. I don't have a really good argument here on any of my dudes/dudette, as I am sure Lopen will be happy to tell you, so you're not gonna get a whole lot of me picking battles I'm not gonna win.

The fact that you think any day 1 power claim could be worse than that red claim was is telling. Half the reason red's claim was so impossible to believe was that his claimed action + result actually harmed its credibility.

There's always a chance a player alive is scum. But I think you're missing the point of my post. If you believe me on how Tom and I interact, then you should think that it's unlikely Tom is scum. You should take that information and weigh it against your own reads and decide what to do with it. Given that I think I've explained myself well, the point of the post is that I'm suspicious of anyone throwing shade at Tom. Lopen and Ulti come to mind. Lea a little as well. Too many people threw some shade at him end of yesterday (even Chris did) for them all to be scum but it was an easy place to throw a scum read by scum who need town to throw scum reads on.

Don't distort my words at all. I never claimed equal weight. I claimed I had SOMETHING to do with it. Something does not mean equal. Also I explicitly said that I thought neither of us was going to get Red lynched without that scan. I was hoping I could sway Tom onto that vote and maybe Corrik. I probably shouldn't have thought Corrik would flip back onto him. But I thought I could talk Corrik into what I saw since we had both played in WWE with a scum Red. My point is without 5tar, Red might still be alive right now.

There is a flavor split. If he scanned scum, he scanned scum. Doesn't matter. He either confirms someone town or scum.

I would rather he reveal it first actually because if it is someone that is town they can confirm he is actually a flavor scanner and not just a red Gambit.
