Baton Rouge, LA A man jumped from a second-floor apartment balcony on May 13 after a woman with a gun tried to shoot him because he refused to give her oral sex. Anneisha Speed, 19, was at the mans apartment after he invited her up after the pair had spent much of the day together, according to WBRZ. Once inside his apartment, Speed asked him to perform oral sex on her. When the man declined, Speed took out a handgun, according to the police. Speed aimed the gun at the man and said she would shoot him if he didnt perform oral sex on her, WBRZ reported. The man grabbed Speeds wrist and she fired a shot into the wall. He then ran to the second-floor balcony and jumped to the ground and another shot was fired by Speed in his direction, according to WBRZ. Police located Speed outside that apartment a short time later. Speed resisted arrest and had to be taken to the ground so she could be taken into custody, according to WBRZ. Police searched the apartment and found two live .40 caliber bullets and a spent shell casing. Speed also allegedly stole a shotgun and a Playstation 4 game console from the mans home, according to WBRZ. Speed was booked on charges of attempted second-degree murder, illegal discharge of a firearm, theft of a firearm, resisting an officer and tampering with evidence.
