It was like some hellish version of Groundhog Day where everyday was the same day with the same ten country hits on repeat over and over. After two weeks I started bringing my mp3 player to work because I couldn't take it any more. They told me they didn't allow mp3 players on the work floor. I told them they would just have to fire me then, because I couldn't take one more second of that ingrate redneck noise. Well they were desperate enough for people to actually work there so the head office sent out a memo that they would allow mp3 players on the work floor after that.
