So after sex I get these weird shock like sensations in my penis. They don't hurt but it feels weird. Does this happen to anyone else?

I'm thinking it might have to do with my high blood pressure.

Actually your original post might be correct too. Could be neurological. The only thing I can find online is it may be related to diabetes. So I will go over use my dads blood sugar meter tomorrow.

We're not doctors we can't give you advice. What I can tell you is "weird feeling" isn't descriptive. I've never felt anything after sex that I didn't feel after masturbating. (aside from the obvious of course)

I was just wondering if anyone else had the sensation after sex. Obviously not asking for medical advice.

I did also read that any discomfort or pain you feel after sex that only lasts a few minutes isn't anything to be worried about, so maybe it's nothing.

Plus the difference between sex and masturbation for, me anyways, is that masturbation is usually a ten minute affair while sex is usually an hour. So it could just be from banging it around more.

Sometimes I get a weird feeling when I jack off. Like a tingling feeling that lasts a several minutes after. Even more so if I pee after. It passes so I've not been concerned about that.
