Most liberals were apolitical before they went to college and got a heavy dose of political opinionation by figures of authority at an impressionable stage of their life.

Those liberals who were liberal before the education (if they got one) are pretty much at or below the conservative line.

Liberalism also inherently takes more mental effort because it's largely about propositions of change whereas conservatism is largely just saying "no". However, putting more effort into a position doesn't necessarily mean it's a correct one.

They have sympathy and empathy, it is just like how the liberal side chooses who to have empathy and sympathy for.
For instance, when the poor uneducated conservatives vote for their interests instead of sympathy the liberals grew angry and demonized them and called them problematic and deplorable.
Based on that, they could make a claim that liberals lack that empathy and sympathy of humans, just like you did for conservatives.

Yet in the center, you can see merits to both forms of empathy and sympathy. How enlightened.

It's just bizarre how without question, the most vocal, whiny people on my feed are conservative trump supporters who can't shut up about offending the liberals. And their lives meanwhile suck. I mean sure, I'm positive I have liberal friends who are having a hard time too, but I don't hear about it. They generally keep their problems to themselves. My conservative friends are the ones that constantly whine about their problems on facebook, then immediately call out liberals who whine about being PC.

I just don't understand how you can have such little self awareness to make fun of the thing you are most guilty of doing, and make no attempts to hide it.

I mean there is plenty of legit indoctrination going on in American universities. It's not quite an intentional devious scheme, but more like the exploitation by people in positions of authority upon sheepish and impressionable young people who are going to college in droves because our schools for the last 15 years have been treating it as an imperative.

Being more educated does not make one inherently think more left wing. It makes them less traditionalist, which is not in direct opposition to the left or right. Being educated doesn't inherently make you agree with welfare statism and compassion for the poor.

Your last sentence is also incredibly naive.

Only 30% of Americans above 25 have a Bachelor's degree

Then you see the split of 54% of college grads identify as Democrat with 39% being Republican. So 16~% of Americans are educated at a Bachelor's level vs Republican's 12%.

So really both sides are mostly uneducated

You're looking at statistics for the American population as a whole instead of the actual voter demographics, which we have. Why count people who didn't vote when we're talking about voters?

College graduates actually made up half of the voters in 2016, of which Clinton won by a large margin.

People with some college education made up another 32%, which Trump won.

People with a high school education or less only made up 18%, which Trump won.
