Xenoblade chronicles 2 is a good distraction. To 100% it, you're looking at around 200 hours, give or take.

Pokemon Mystery Dungeon (Yes, I know you said you're sick of Pokemon, but if you're just sick of the main series games, give one of the spin-offs a try. PMD is amazing. I recommend Explorers of Sky on DS.) EDIT: Removed the Tales Of and Borderlands recommendations due to TC mentioning the "no quick reflexes needed" thing. Xenoblade Chronicles Def recommend these, too. I've only played xenoblade chronicles 2, but it's a good JRPG installment for the switch. Combat has turnbased elements, like auto attacks, and your special moves are on a cooldown timer. it's not an RPG but 999 (Nine persons, nine hours, nine doors) and Virtue's Last Reward are excellent puzzle based games.
999 is first in the series, VLR is last in the series edit: 999 is DS, VLR is DS/psp.
