The owner hasnt given a reason but people are suspecting it has to do with the increasing number of takedown requests hentai sites have been getting from countries threatening to IP ban them over taboo content (not just loli). The owner of another popular site has mentioned that its getting difficult to keep up with them, but they have no choice but to comply without losing literally countries-worth of users.
