It's not actually that hard to spin something like that into painting Trump as a hero who stood up to an obstructionist government and won once it's over. People who are already against Trump aren't likely to buy it, but most people who are already against Trump are so pathological about their hate for him that they wouldn't see it as something positive if he literally shit gold, turned water into wine, and then ascended directly into Heaven on beams of divine light.
