Working at Costco, here's my big annoyances:

- People who form a big 'hi how are you doing' group with people they know in the middle pf the fucking aisle. Wrong place to have a longass conversation with a million people trying to get around you.

- People who literally stand at the fucking demo tables for a loooong time staring at the demo person making food so they can have one tiny fucking scrap of pizza in a cup and be on their way. Then of course they form a longass blob of people waiting for their one bite of food and blocking the aisles. To those people,fuck off.

- People who eat their demo food and put those fucking demo cups everywhere. On the product in the aisles, on the pallets in the storage steel, on the ground, in the bins full of produce, left in carts etc. There are garbage cans at the end of almost every fucking aisle. Fuck right off. Would those people like it if i went outside and dropped them all on the hood of their car? Do they treat their home like a trash heap?

- People who act like 5 year olds in the parking lot fighting for spaces. Fuck off. Grow up. On top of that,people who park in the fucking No Park Zone. Fuck off. Or people who park right beside the fucking door outside the liquor store where you arent allowed to park. You call them on it and they say 'oh we'll just be a minute'. Fuck off. Would you like it if you watched me write down your licence plate in your rear view mirror? Fuck off.

- People who come through the register with the fucking scale equivalent of K2 in groceries and expect boxes galore. Fuck off. Theres a limited amount for everybody, bring in your fucking bags next time.

- People who get pissy with the assistant packing the groceries. Fuck off. Pack it yourself, fuck head. Or go to a store where you actually have to pack your cart yourself. Lets see how you do it, fuck head, show us how its done.

I loaned my autographed copy of Fight Club to a friend who had really gotten into Chuck Palahniuk's writing. He gave it back two days later telling me it was boring so didn't finish it.
