I changed the file extension to gif, then uploaded it. Then it loaded up as a webm. I right clicked it, copy video location, pasted it into the address bar, deleted the webm and replaced it with gif. Since all the backups are locked as well and I don't currently have the core website files on my computer, one thing I can do is put up an image hosting script on a new server, at least that'd be able to handle new uploads until I can get all the old ones too.
