I guess it depends on who was making it, what their vision was, and how accurately they wanted to create a representation of board 8 using only 20 users. I'm definitely the type of person who I could see being overlooked for something like this -- it wouldn't surprise me if the creator simply picked the top 2 finishers in every UotY while missing out on like 70% of what actually happens on the board.

Cases for getting in:
- I represent an aspect of the board that couldn't really be represented by anyone else. Being able to do that with just one character slot has a lot of value.
- A lot of people seem to have very strong opinions about me. Much better flavor than just adding some generic popular user that no one has any real opinions on.
- Created b8anime and the Anime and Manga discussion topics.
- Hosted and completed more creative projects than anyone else on the board, and it's not even close. All while actively declining to participate in user popularity contests or seeking any kind of recognition for it.

Cases for being snubbed:
- If the creator just wants a game of the most popular users then I definitely shouldn't be in
- I'm often forgotten in topics and discussions of this nature, so I could easily see myself being overlooked.
- If the creator is some butthurt manchild that I insulted 6 years ago and still hasn't let it go, they would likely snub me from the roster

Wow names in that list are a blast from the past. I like the Ulti as final boss suggestion. I was more active in the past but I did stuff that was really stupid, so I probably shouldn't ever be in.
