Huh, the '05 x-stats actually do say CATS beats Cecil back then. And if we assume CATS is capable of winning a poll, then he probably could have beaten Drake/Rosalina/Shulk if the match was before that group had any games.

Well, Cecil had one of the most blatantly unrecognizable pictures of all time against Kirby. He wasn't even listed as Cecil Harvey either, just Cecil.

Hmm...Maybe I should do an all-Nintendo near elite fourpack and an all-FF near elite fourpack.

The FF one seems pretty easy to come up with (Squall, Vivi, Tifa, and Auron), but picking the four Nintendo characters seems a bit tougher between Bowser, Luigi, Kirby, Ganondorf, Zelda, Pikachu, and I suppose Mewtwo, Charizard, Missingno, or Squirtle, too.

Actually, I guess we've gotta have one Pokemon in at this point.

For Nintendo, I'd try to get characters from four different franchises (so Kirby, Ganondorf, one of Luigi/Bowser, and one of Pikachu/Mewtwo/Charizard). Best pairings are probably Kirby vs. Pokemon and Ganon vs. Mario rep.

Well, I guess it's top tier rep in Pokemon's case.
