I'm a libertarian and hate most government bureaus but the FCC is necessary for controlling the spectrum. But, it's increadibly public, which does put it up above other pirate radios who do have their laces tied. Plus, it's static, it's not those sweet radio stations that you pop up on the bed of a truck and power through a car battery. So that means it can be taken even more easily. As a libertarian, I must say, it is certainly within the rights of Google, Apple, Spotify, etc, to remove him from their platform, as they are all private companies.
