Explain Kerala, West Bengal, Asom, Uttah Pradesh being perfectly correlated. The areas that are highly hindi are almost uniform across the country in terms of rape statistics. It's only where islam spikes where you see a spike in rapes as well.

One of the main problems in India is still the caste system. Caste violence and rapes are rampant. It's also one of the main reasons why the men (often from higher castes) who commit the rapes are able to get away with it or get off with a light sentence.

The whole caste system need to come down, along with patriarchal traditions that doesn't value women.

There's no rule, but from what i remember, it always depends on the ease of growing veggies and water.
