Overall I liked the main game a whole lot. It was awesome! Great dialogue, great music, great characters, great writing, best girl Miu. Probablu my favorite game of the 3.

But man, that ending is something I've never seem before >_> I didn't hate it, but man that was fucking weird. I do like how Danganronpa takes risk and man this was a risk to take lol. I need to sit on this more before I know whether I liked the ending or not. But I will say it was really really unique.

V3 is my first "meta" ending. I now dislike "meta" endings.

Tsumugi being the mastermind was rather easy to call though, personally speaking. I based it on how irrelevant Tsumigi has been, and how likely it is if Junko's silhouette at the end of chapter 5 is actually Tsumugi cosplaying.

What is this Mario Party / JRPG mini game? This is hella fun.

I don't like how it invalidated me as a fan. Y'know, having sat through 1, 2 and all three arcs of 3.

I know it's generally accepted that V3 occurred in another universe, but there's never been any confirmation from any official sources.

Maybe I just never had a taste for fourth wall breaking?

Even if we assume V3 was canon and that what Monokuma and Tsumugi were saying was completely true... of the supposed 53 seasons, we've seen four of them in some form. There's plenty we know fuck all about that could be used as the setting for future games.

This is only if you assume everything Tsumugi said was true. It's quite possible that she's lying.

Yeah, there's every chance that Tsumugi wasn't telling the truth about a lot of the world and the past DRs.

The big issue is in the intro. The students are pretty clearly shocked and confused during the intro, and even if we assume that we missed a portion of the conversation where they learned they were on DR, it doesn't account for their names. Shuichi and Kaede introduce themselves by names that should have been made up before their first memory was implanted. They should have had their original names at that point. At the very least, that calls a lot of Tsumugi's story about the V3 cast's origins into question.

There's also another clue that's debated among DR fans: the audition videos. The videos that are shown in the final trial are all filmed from a similar angle and with a hardwood floor. One of the sets in Tsumugi's lab has a very similar floor, and it's speculated that Tsumugi falsified the videos there.

It all essentially hinges upon Tsumugi's cospox, but there's no reason she couldn't have applied pink body paint to herself as part of the ruse. She would have needed to throw suspicion off of herself for the entirety of the killing game since her talent could make her a suspect the entire time, so cospox could very well be fabricated as part of that.

One of the biggest themes of V3 is truth vs. lies, and to those ends, the ending is actually meant to be ambiguous. It's quite possible that Tsumugi was lying about everything, or at least most things, that get revealed during the final trial. A lot of people hate the ending because the feel like it invalidates the series, but there's a lot of room for interpretation in the ending.

Theres no leveling in Monokuma Test. (Unless you count the stat boosting equipment you can find/forge) Its pretty much...

I liked the little dungeon crawler, it was fun. Never cleared it, but I had a lot fun making parties of my favorite characters and running the dungeon.

Trying out Dangan Salmon Team now. I like it but I kinda miss the resource management minigame of 1's school mode and 2's island mode >_> Literally only doing social stuff with nothing significant to break it up is tedious

Also bought a shit ton of date tickets and I'm going to jam all of them into Miu >_> Gotta max out my bae.

But you should be able to clear 2 people at a time iirc the number of FTE slots.

You'll also need to visit the casino to earn coins so that you can buy more hotel keys or date tickets.

Well I think I'm pretty much done. Overall I like this game the most but man that ending >_> the more I sit on it, the more disappointed I am with it. I don't hate it, but it's weird and unique and fills me with odd feelings about media as a whole I never knew I had >_> But otherwise, the writing was phenomenal, the cases were interesting, the characters were great, the post game is pretty good, and Miu is fucking hilarious. idk if there will actually be a Danganronpa 4, but if there is, I'll definitely buy it. Maybe I'll finally get around to start watching Danganronpa 3 anime later.

I'll dabble in it a bit more, but I'll probably move on to something else soon. But I'm really glad I got to play this game and this series. Thanks for hanging with me, babes!

Outlaw Run is the best way, I found.

Start off on medium, but only bet the minimum until you're able to reliably at least break even most of the time. Once you can do this, maxbet every time. When you're consistently getting at least A- (maybe the occasional lower grade, but the point is that most of your runs are at least A-), repeat the same pattern on hard. (If you want, you can do this on easy first, but it isn't too hard to go straight to medium.)

Also note that the track, and initial position of targets / cars, is fixed (although the timing of car spawns is, I believe, triggered by passing certain checkpoints). So put effort into memorizing the track, and you'll improve much faster. Note that which targets get replaced with the monokid targets is random. Also, if you're not very good at keeping control when you get the speed boost, you might get better scores by avoiding them.

Last time I played, I was able to consistently break even on the highest difficulty, and usually profit. I even managed S rank a couple of times. :D

I used the Mind Mine game for coins during the bonus mode and had more than enough for everything including the key (though I didn't bother going for a second).

Once you get decent at it you almost always at LEAST break even and can generally get some solid jackpots. I also found it to be really fun, so it worked out.
